The National Rink Hockey Association of England is a body representing all rink hockey clubs in England, across 3 regions - Northern, Eastern and South Eastern Counties. Rink Hockey originated in England over 100 years ago and is played worldwide. The sport today is most prominent in Iberian countries at a professional level.
Rink Hockey is a fast, exciting, non-contact game, played by two teams. Boys, girls, men and women of all ages can play the game. Rink Hockey can be played either indoors or outdoors. The team scoring the most goals at the end of the game wins.
What is needed to play?
The basic requirements are a pair of good quality skates, a rink hockey stick, shin pads, kneepads, gloves and loin protection. The goal keeper has special requirements and wears leg pads, broader thicker gloves, shoulder and arm protection. The goalkeeper’s face is covered with a helmet for extra protection.

The NRHA has rink hockey clubs all over the country. Our prominent regions are the Northern, Eastern and South Eastern Counties.
